<p>You made a perfect thing by putting this to writing.</p><p>Because many of us tends to forget about our own personal responsibility as the citizen of a specific nation.</p><p>Forgetting what is expected from us to do.</p><p>Government are not to be blame some times,why? Because the citizens failed woefully to do there part of national building..but always shifting blames to the government</p>
