<p>I agree with you 100% It is funny how we now live in a world that sees Sleep Rest Vacation and Recuperation as nothing but a waste of Time.</p><p>Even the Bible gave us an insight =and on the seventh day God rested=</p><p>So here is my advice to everyone. When it comes to struggle, struggle.</p><p>When it comes to laughing, laugh 😂</p><p>When it comes to enjoy, enjoy 🥂</p><p>This is the only way you can fully appreciate life with all of its highs and Low.</p><p>Peace 🕊️</p>
