<p>The disturbing part wasn't even the gore for me; it was the question behind it.</p><p>Watching Franklin go from being horrified by the people laughing at violence to eventually understanding that laughter itself is what makes the ending so unsettling.</p><p>The kitten scene was such a chilling way to close it. Curiosity really did kill the cat… and maybe something in Franklin died with it too.</p><p>Nice insight</p>
