<p>I find It very intriguing and what I see is many professionals try to do work reserved for other professionals in the industry just to get ahead. Unfortunately with the structure of things in the current world state - money and ownership seems to lie with the people with capital or that directly affect capital and this reflects in valuations of skills too.</p>

My brother!, we kinda caused it. About 60-70% of R.E. developers are not construction folks. How did we allow that happen?

Someone who studied Mass Comm. would employ an engineer, please how would they value you and not pay you peanuts?
