<p>I’d suggest creating a lot of awareness around the issue. Target audience would be both male and female , age range 14-60. When people are aware and are informed about possible consequences, it will greatly reduce its prevalence . Channels to be used could be social media,TV shows, radio, podcasts, seminars, newspaper publications etc. It should be treated as a national emergency .</p>
