<p>I'd give her a very long hug, and tell her it's okay to stop sometimes. It's okay to want things from the people around you. It's okay to give yourself a break. Just don't lose yourself trying to keep others warm. ND I'm very very proud of you for everything you've done for us. I love you and I'll make every sacrifice worth it.</p><p>The hug might take much of the time though 😭</p>
