<p>As much as respect is expected to go both ways, I would advise you to be patient and very smart around bosses like that to prevent problems in your workplace. A wise step is this situation in own opinion is to confront them calmly and let them understand that you are not really happy with the way you are treated, if it persist learn to be adapt to it while you still find yourself in another job hunting.</p>
