<p>Honestly, I find this really disturbing. We have a lot of them in my street always running after boys with big cars asking for money, hailing those that help and cursing those that couldn’t help. The funniest part is that they do this consistently while they aren’t physically impaired. One time, I gave one of them money but promised not to again since I realized how lazy and how much nuisance they create in the environment. We should really learn to say NO sometimes because not all YES are worth</p>
