<p>I feel like appearances should be based on the personality of the artist and though I understand that this labels want to keep a consistent image I feel like they should adapt to changes at certain points of the artists life especially when they outgrow certain stages in their career.</p>

Adapting to changes might just ruin the label's culture, same way Nigeria keeps adapting to western innovations and today we are crying over outburst of indecency in our society. We sold our culture in the process of adapting western fashion.
