It is a senseless crime done by men with a startling lack of self-control and disregard for the rights and lives of women. Women who were fully covered, dead, elderly, prepubescent, and even babies have fallen victim to sexual predators, not because of a lack of modesty but the fact that the predator couldn't bear to view them as humans .</p>
