<p>1/2</p><p>So reall!! I started to take control of my impulse to fall into this trap, when I realized that my emotional energy is NOT an infinite resource. It is what maintains a constant internal state, and should not be overspent.</p><p>Reading this made me realize something:</p><p>Listening to others’ emotional baggage without moderation can drain this precious resource, leaving you with nothing but weight. Emotional weight!!</p>
