According to eye witness report on arise tv, the man noted the tanker driver came out of the truck and was shouting in hausa language warning passerbys in hausa language. I think it's all government, a family member of mine have been involved in a car accident on that road, the road users from Maraba, Nyanya, Karu can't count how many times the road has been patched, reconstructed but still every year there's always a ghastly accident there.
