<p>This is such an important distinction. 👏🏽 “Sorry” shouldn’t be a magic word that erases consequences. If the same behaviour keeps happening, then the apology becomes part of the cycle rather than the solution. Real accountability requires recognizing the harm, taking responsibility and actually doing better. 💯🫂</p>
