<p>This is something girls genuinely need to hear. 😭❤️ The pressure to have a “perfect” body can make people feel ashamed of things that are completely normal. Bodies change, and that doesn't make anyone less beautiful. I love how you addressed the shame without making the conversation feel uncomfortable.</p>
