<p>This one made me stop and think about how many things we call “good woman” without questioning what we are actually asking women to endure. The part about turning suffering into a virtue really hit me. I also liked the point that calling a woman “strong” can sometimes become an excuse not to help her... that one is uncomfortable because I’ve definitely heard it before.</p><p>This was a lot to take in, but an important read.</p>
