<p>This was such an interesting read...</p><p>Those that have experienced heartbreak can relate that it could cause an actual heart condition that can look like a heart attack. The part about the heart changing shape because of stress hormones honestly shocked me and I really liked the reminder that emotional pain shouldn't be mocked or dismissed as “just in your head.” Sometimes we really do need to cry, rest and let ourselves process things. This was both scary and comforting to read. ❤️</p>
