<p>🥺</p><p>If he has begun to feel addicted to this..</p><p>I think, he should calm down, take it as a habit one at a time..</p><p>Today, he tells himself he wouldn't he can take a walk, play in the neighborhood if it's safe.. till it's late and exhausted, eat out take his shower when he comes back home and sleep.. he could get online courses to train with..</p><p>That should be his routine for a while, and he can also find someone to confide in and be accountable for everything he does each day.</p>
