<p>About this whole mother tongue issue or even language in general . My dad was both Hausa and Yoruba, while my mom is Igbo and Yoruba.</p><p>I struggled a lot trying to learn Hausa and Igbo. Even my Yoruba isn’t very fluent, but I’m still trying to improve.</p><p>Thank you for putting into words what many of us have experienced with language acquisition and processing. Faye ❣️</p>
