<p>This made me pause. Tbh, we've turned "How are you?" into a greeting instead of a genuine question.</p><p>Sometimes we ask it out of habit, but we're not actually prepared to hear, "I'm not okay."</p><p>A little sincerity can make a huge difference. If we ask, we should be willing to listen. Simple message, but a powerful reminder.👏🏽</p>
