<p>Tbh, this got me thinking.</p><p>We've all judged someone too quickly, only to later realize we never knew the full story.</p><p>In our workplaces especially, it's easy to mistake accountability for pride or strictness.</p><p>I like how this piece doesn't just reflect on other people, it also challenges the writer's own assumptions.</p><p>That's real growth.
