<p>Abuse no get gender.</p><p>A lot of men are suffering in silence because society has taught them that speaking up makes them look weak.</p><p>The truth is, everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and heard in a relationship.</p><p>We need to create spaces where men can ask for help without being mocked, while still taking every form of abuse seriously, regardless of who the victim is. ❤️</p>
