Sometimes,we look at people and only see their strength,forgetting that every strong person is carrying stories, battles, sacrifices and prayers that we may never know about.“Stories in your bones” really got me. Exactly. We only see people from the outside but we don't know their inward disposition.

Everyone trod through life with a story, battle and others like you've said. I hope they come to the realization that it's not weakness to take a rest.
