<p>Omo, this one touch a different place. 💔</p><p>In Nigeria, we dey hear “be strong” so much that sometimes nobody asks “but how are you really coping?”</p><p>The fact that person can smile, work, gist and still be fighting battles nobody knows about is scary.</p><p>That “Oh Lord, it’s just not working anymore” hit hard. Sometimes strength no be pretending you’re okay; strength na knowing when to say</p><p>“I need help.” 🫂💔</p>
