<p>This part strikes me most:</p><p>“Take the photos. Record the videos. Capture the laughter.</p><p>But you don’t have to post them all. Some moments aren’t for the internet; they’re for your heart. Keep them safe in your gallery..... where future self can revisit the warmth of today.” This is exactly what my Mum used to tell me “Mercy, I'm not discouraging you from taking pictures or making memories, however, don't put your life outside to be monitored. Do all things with wisdom and moderation”.</p>
