<p>Worse part is people now prefer E-books to hard copies( I am not exempted😹) but there are lots of distractions that comes with our mobile phones.</p><p>Just like you said, I can't remember some videos I watched even yesterday but I decided to think differently. What if I stopped doom scrolling and learn with videos since they're more fun?</p><p>So I have fun tho a lot but I still make sure to train my brain into seeing educational, motivational and inspirational contents as fun. It's slowly now adapts.</p>

That's true, learning with videos is fun oo, that's another way to think about it,

I love reading Ebooks too especially when my data is turned off 😁🙃
