<p>Girl, I wanted to say I can relate after reading the first few paragraphs. But after reading it all, I've seen that your case is one of a kind.</p><p>And the worst part of it all is that it is not easy to overcome.</p><p>People tell me, "Oh, just stop overthinking it. It's not that big of a deal."</p><p>That's like telling me to stop my brain in general. Because how am I supposed to stop a thought from coming? I've been wired this way and it is absolutely exhausting.</p><p>I totally understand this you. Totally.</p>
