<p>I remember when my friend had a stomach ulcer. She decided to Google her symptoms instead of going to s hospital and Google told her to had some sort of cancer 😭😭</p>

Cancer keh 😭😭

Google has a way of presenting worse case scenarios and each time,our minds pick the one that'll destroy us the most.

And it does nothing but breed fear fr. I just hope she would never do that again. It's way better to always hear your diagnosis from a doctor first
