<p>Honestly, I just started seeing the importance of rest not too long ago, been over working myself, especially as someone who works on screen a lot, and it's been affecting my eyes greatly, I've had to see the optician, and of course was told to rest my eyes more, got a new prescription for the eyes, and stuffs like that.......so yeah, rest is super important in everyday life</p>
