For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via comments.

Well, editorial lines are determined by those who run the media organs concerned. So bloggers can bring a fresh angle to information sharing, and innovation is always applauded. As long as they don't go against the ethics and deontology of journalism, they're on the right track. However, social media influencer is more like a broad term. A popular journalist with years of experience and notoriety can be considered an influencer, but an influencer cannot be considered a journalist.
