Ah we can't even start on the topic in girls that one is even deeper, primary and highschools still making girls cleanshave because hair is unmanageable, this is one thing we had to fight to keep long hair back in the day!

But let's leave the girls and their hair issues for another day. Their own issues are more than guys' own. Besides, we hardly talk about guys and their hair, since it's a 'norm' for them to have low cut in our country for example. But when we look back at history, it was not always like that.. So what changed?
