<p>Honestly, I think it's because the system is below average already.</p><p>You can't give what you don't have. What would you expect from a system that reward only mostly result? The only time majority of students are serious is during exam time like the rest of the semester is just child play because in the end it is what your lecture grade you that matters.</p><p>Everybody just want to graduate and escape carryover. If first class graduate are seeking jobs, the average student is looking for a way to live</p>
