<p>At the end of the day, it’s simple</p><p>just treat people right. No one is above basic respect, no matter their role or status.</p><p>And yeah, you really do have to teach people how to treat you. Not by fighting, but by speaking up and setting boundaries.</p><p>People don’t leave for no reason… they leave where they feel disrespected.</p><p>We all just need to do better, honestly.</p>
