<p>That constant “if you don’t fight, everything will fall apart” pressure you described is actually real and sometimes it can drain you. When everything in life feels like a test you must pass or else something terrible happens, your mind and body eventually just… slow down.</p><p>But the important thing is to take it easy</p><p>One step at a time.</p><p>You’re not behind.</p><p>You’re not failing life.</p><p>Right now, you can’t fix your whole life at once.</p><p>Just pick something small and start with that.</p>
