<p>Most people spend a lot of time in that uncertain middle ground waiting, healing, hoping, and trying to find meaning. Your reflection captures the quiet strength it takes to hold on to hope when things aren't necessarily getting better yet, but aren't completely lost either. The reminder that resilience can exist even in emotional numbness is what stood out to me most.</p>
