<p>We were not simply leaving Egypt. We were leaving everything that had ever told us we could not be free. That ending is powerful. The Red Sea stops being just a biblical event and becomes a picture of what it feels like to finally leave behind fear, captivity, and everything that convinced you freedom was impossible. Beautiful piece.</p>
