<p>The targets sound impressive, but I think the real measure of Agenda 2050 should be whether an ordinary Nigerian can eventually point to their life and say, ‘This policy changed something for me.’ GDP figures are important, but affordable electricity, functional healthcare, quality education, jobs and security are where development becomes real.</p>
