<p>The ‘microdosing plastics’ idea is genuinely unsettling . We’ve created a material designed to be extremely durable, released enormous amounts of it into the environment, and are now discovering that tiny fragments of it can enter biological systems. That should probably make us rethink how casually we use and dispose of plastic.</p>
