<p>I think people underestimate how painful silent betrayal can be. Sometimes there’s no argument or dramatic ending, just someone slowly becoming a stranger.</p><p>Emotional intimacy really does need boundaries too. Knowing someone’s deepest wounds should make you more careful with them, not give you weapons to use later.</p>
