<p>A lot of us ask out of habit. “How are you?” “I’m fine.” Next thing, we’ve moved on. But some people have mastered that “I’m fine” so well that you genuinely have to care enough to notice when it isn’t true.</p><p>just having someone who listens without trying to fix you is enough.</p>
