<p>The list at the beginning is funny until you realise how serious the point actually is. 😭 We’ve been taught to see our bodies as problems that constantly need fixing, when sometimes the real problem is the standard we’re measuring ourselves against. “If you keep chasing every trend, you will chase yourself away” really got me. ❤️</p>
