<p>The “sadness became a personality” part is what got me. 😭 There’s a real difference between experiencing sadness and constantly feeding it until it becomes part of how you see yourself. But I’d still be careful with telling people they’re “just sad,” because you can’t always see what someone is carrying behind a post.</p>
