<p>This actually made me pause. We’ve become so conditioned to answering “I’m fine” that sometimes we don’t even realize we’re lying to ourselves, not just to the person asking. I really like how you unpacked something as ordinary as “how are you?” and showed the emotional weight it can carry when it’s asked sincerely. Sometimes being genuinely seen is more powerful than having the perfect words. Beautiful insight, honestly.👏🏽❤️</p>
