The general unfairness is what makes it a problem as we source for ways to share resources equally the math doesn’t add up, for it to balance resources must be scarce so work is determined for you to achieve them

True, their capacity to be able to utilize what they have must be solid in order to reach its full effectiveness and to avoid wattage and misuse
