<p>4/11 Point 3. “The more men you’ve been with, the harder it becomes to value yourself.” Nope.</p><p>When society ties worth to sexual history, internal conflict is inevitable and shame creates that feeling, not the experience.</p><p>Point 4. “Virginity is not outdated, it’s sacred”</p><p>Virginity is a social construct (I have an insight written on it). There’s no “keeping yourself”.</p><p>Besides virginity cannot be measured because it doesn’t exist. What we have is lack of sexual experience.</p>

The way we handle each of our emotions is different. A person can have regret, and the other wouldn't.

But talking about society, like you said, "shame creates the feeling, not the experience".

I don't agree with your 4th point.

I will like to say these are just contradictions. You have your opinion, I have mine, and others have as well.

People "keep" themselves, some people don't, while the others start from the beginning with abstinence.
