<p>1/4 Reading this made me realize how much of my anxiety in connections isn’t always about the person in front of me.</p><p>It’s about the lack of clarity and the undefined spaces that let fear grow.</p><p>Because when things aren’t named, when there’s no emotional grounding, your mind fills in the gaps with old memories and endings.</p>
