<p>What is sad here is the slow realization that what felt like warmth was actually conditional. And that being misunderstood became a way to dismiss your pain instead of sitting with it.</p><p>The gaslighting disguised as care and loneliness that exists even in a room full of people. In all, seeing clearly is painful, yet it’s also the beginning of self-preservation.</p>
