<p>I think a lot of strong and self-aware people battle with this tension quietly, them being introspective yet still longing to be seen and held without being performative.</p><p>That doesn’t make you emotionally lazy or inauthentic. It just means you feel deeply.</p>

Sustenance needing constant performance is the reality I face everyday.
