This is quite an interesting insight.

I’m just curious: What does putting God first look like when you’re grieving something you prayed wouldn’t happen?

Like really, how do you seek him first when your heart is still trying to make sense of a loss?

God promises to comfort, strengthen, and be present with you during difficult times, acting as a refuge and source of peace. Key verses include Isaiah 41:10 ("I will strengthen you and help you"), 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 ("God of all comfort"), and Matthew 5:4 ("Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted")

Put God First... HE is your Refuge and Comforter.

Thank you.Now , when putting God first, know that not everything we want would happen our way.Take for example Jesus. He put God's will first even when that will meant death.

In 2024 when I lost my dad, that was one year I was very serious with God. I sought him everywhere. But guess what, I lost him even during my 1st exams period in school. But that loss led me to God and brought many other good realities.

When God is first, it might not look nice at first, but there's always great joy ahead.
