<p>Before I leave a main comment on the piece. I’ll like to talk about the line that says “THIS MIGHT NOT BE A MASTERPIECE.”</p><p>I feel like openings like that sometimes make readers judge the work before they’ve even read it.</p><p>I’ll say let the writing speak first.</p><p>If it’s good, people will decide that themselves.</p><p>And in this case, the piece was strong enough not to need the disclaimer.</p><p>*Or you probably had a reason for putting that out.</p>
