I feel you sha.

Exactly, it’s not so easy finding a balance, but then we cannot pour from an empty cup.

Living intentionally and escaping sometimes, is really what keep the hustling alive.

Omoooo, na God ooo... It's so difficult to attain balance. I often take out time to breathe through long walks, I barely take work home(thanks to aviation) and I stick to things that give me joy because I cannot come and kill myself!
